At MPCC, our commitment to supporting our staff sets us apart from others. We believe that when educators are given the flexibility to prioritize their families, they can be fully present and engaged in their work.

Unlike many programs, we intentionally overstaff our classrooms to create an environment where teachers can balance their personal and professional responsibilities without unnecessary stress.

MPCC firmly believes that if we do not support our staff in caring for their own families, we cannot expect them to give 100% to the children in their care. By maintaining additional staff, teachers have the flexibility to attend doctor’s appointments or care for a sick child without the fear of leaving their classroom out of ratio or jeopardizing their job security.

Our workplace culture prioritizes both professional and personal well-being, ensuring that our staff feel supported in all aspects of their lives. When educators feel valued and cared for, they can provide the highest quality care and education to the children and families we serve. This philosophy is at the heart of everything we do at MPCC.
