Ashlee Yavaniski
Lead Teacher
In 2009, Jackie Myers opened an at home childcare and Ashlee was one of her first employees!! It has been 13 years and Ashlee continues to flourish alongside Jackie. At one point the director of Main Street campus, to now a Lead teacher at Monument Campus.
Ashlee attended Hudson Valley Community College, Springfield College, and the Community College of Vermont to obtain a bachelor’s in early education. Ashlee has always had a passion for working with children. Ashlee’s ability to create a craft out of just about anything is one of the best things to spark a child’s imagination and that also happens to be one of her favorite parts of her job! Ashlee’s motto, “The messier, the better!” She enjoys witnessing new firsts and discoveries amongst the children, but most importantly making a difference in their lives.
When Ashlee isn't working her hardest to keep up with the toddlers at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, boyfriend, and dog Boone. Plants, movies, music, and world explorations are some of her best pursuits!
