Two years ago, Shannon joined the MPCC team as an assistant teacher and has worked her way to become the lead teacher in the Pre-K room at Monument! She has her associate degree in early childhood education and is currently finishing up her bachelor’s degree and is attending NVY for her birth to pre-k license!
In the morning at Monument campus, you can be sure to hear, “Good morning, Miss. Shannon,” or “Hi miss Shannon!” The excitement in the student’s voice reassures everyone that Shannon’s room is a positive place to be!
While away from work, Shannon can be found spending time with loved ones, going for a hike, bike ride, swimming in the pool or soaking up the sun, summer is certainly her favorite time of the year!
